Renewals

For members who joined before March 2026, membership of the Society runs from 2nd October. For members who joined after that date, renewal is due annually on the anniversary of the original joining date.

Renewal rates for 2026/27 are:

UK Standard Membership                                £40

UK Family Membership                                     £48

UK Under 25 Membership                                £30

UK Under 25 Membership digital                 £20

UK School Subscription                                      £48

Overseas members can choose to join at the above rates, in which case they will only have access to The Bulletin and The Ricardian digitally in the Members’ Area of the website. Or they can pay an additional £15 (whichever category) to cover postage costs to receive print copies of these publications.

How to Renew

Please consider setting up a Direct Debit for your membership renewals. The form can be found here.

If you would like to renew online, please login to the Members’ Area of this website (using the button at the top of this page). Then click on the arrow next to your name at top right of the screen. Choose Settings. In the menu on the far left of your screen choose Membership. You will then find instructions for renewing online.

You can pay by PayPal or by credit/debit card via PayPal – you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay this way. The Society’s PayPal account is richard3society@yahoo.com Please complete the ‘Message to Recipient’ box by entering ‘Subscription Payment’ and your membership number.

Cheques should be made payable to The Richard III Society. Please endorse the reverse of the cheque with your name and membership number.

We can only accept sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank. The Society’s bank will not accept cheques in any other currency or drawn on an overseas bank.
